Bring your own gear and stay all day or just pop in for a few minutes to say hi.

Special workshop ::  EFHW build!

This design was made for the General upgrade class, and has proven to be an excellent performer, perfect to take to a park or throw in your backpack.

For this build we will use an upgraded design with a slightly larger board and ferrite core to make it even more efficient as well as allow for higher power. The cost for the kit is $10. This includes all you need except the aerial (which is just a simple wire), feed line and radio (yeah, $10 doesn't quite cover the cost of an HF rig :)

We will talk about how it works, and what to focus on when building it. You will wind the transformer and do a little bit of soldering, and then we will put it on the analyzer to make sure it works before you take it home.

We have 15 kits available. First come first serve.
