FCC Poised to Exempt Amateurs from Foreign Adversary Reporting Requirements

At the urging of ARRL The National Association for Amateur Radio®, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is expected to exempt radio amateurs from foreign adversary reporting requirements.
